Epilepsy Ireland wanted people to remember what to do if they witnessed a seizure. Because in stressful situations, there’s no time to Google it or ask ChatGPT. So we created “Time, Safe, Stay” - a seizure first aid song designed to stick in your head when it matters most.
“Time, Safe, Stay” is the method Epilepsy Ireland recommends: Time the seizure. Keep the person Safe. Stay with them until it passes. Working with sonic branding specialists LaudHaus, we engineered the track for recall - using rhythm, repetition and a clear melodic hook to help build memory structures that are easier to retrieve under pressure.
Composed and performed by Richie Egan (Jape / The Redneck Manifesto), the track launched across streaming platforms, radio, digital audio and social. It received radio play, was mentioned by the Taoiseach, and even made its way onto RTÉ News.
