The Vhi Women’s Mini Marathon had to go virtual in 2021. So as main sponsors, Vhi wanted a way to help women everywhere train and get motivated to run it. To do this, we created “Running Start” - a purpose built podcast that helped participants start and build up to running a 10k. This consisted of 5 episodes of increasing length, paired with interviews with motivational Irish women, all set to music specifically made to move to.
